Are early check in and/or late departures available?

Early check in times can be requested but are NOT guaranteed, we will do our best however to accommodate your request. Early check in depends on hotel occupancy the night before. If the room is required early, it is suggested to book the room for the prior night. Late check-outs can be requested, this may incur late check-out charges. Please contact hotel for more details on these charges.

Are there Miller Apartments in the other states or other countries?

No, Miller Apartments Adelaide is a proudly South Australian owned and run independent boutique property.

Do you charge for cancellations?

The cancellation policy varies according to the room type, booking channel and the time of year. In event periods, we apply a stricter policy than during non-event periods. Full details will be advised to you at the time of booking.

Do you have special facilities for handicapped travellers?

Miller Apartments Adelaide has rooms that are specially designed for physically disabled travelers. We also have a lift to access every floor of the hotel including the car park. Please contact the hotel with questions that relate to your specific needs.

Does Miller Apartments Adelaide offer car parking facilities?

Miller Apartments Adelaide offers self car parking on site. Car parking is provided at a charge of $25.00 per night and is subject to availability. For more details and conditions please contact the hotel.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Adelaide International and Domestic Airport is located just 6km away and travelling time is approximately 15 minutes to the terminals by taxi. Cost is approximately $20. The Skylink Shuttle Bus service is also available for Airport and Interstate rail pick-up; this service can be arranged at the terminals.

How many additional beds can you have in an apartment?

Some apartments feature sofa beds as a standard feature and rollaway beds are available upon request. Surcharges apply to both services and require prior notice, please contact the hotel for details.

How many people can stay in the apartment?

Pricing for Apartments is based on the maximum of occupants using existing bedding e.g. two bedroom apartments have two queen beds, thus the rates cater for a maximum of four guests. Use of sofa beds or rollaways are available upon request in some apartments and will incur a surcharge fee, please contact hotel for details.

Good Nights Rest Policy
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests the hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy in our guest rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 9:00pm. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created, as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel, without a refund. These guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel.

What are the check in and check out times?

The check in time at Miller Apartments is 2:00pm and the check out time is 10:00am for Deluxe Apartments and 12:00pm for Executive Apartments. We will of course do our best to have a room available for you whenever you arrive. However, this can never be guaranteed and is dependent on the occupancy level the night before.
