SMART METERS - ELECTRICITY AND WATER
Smart Meters have been introduced to measure the exact usage of electricity and water on a per apartment basis.
This means that long term guests pay for what they use and are not disadvantaged by any excess use within the complex.

Only the highest energy rating electrical appliances have been selected to increase energy efficiency

WASTE AND WATER MINIMISATION
Millers Apartments Adelaide has introduced a strong focus on encouraging guests to re –use linen and bathroom towels, thus the rooms are not serviced daily, this alone can reduce water usage dramatically. Guests however do have the option of paying a surcharge to have there apartment serviced daily
