Great bed, linens and pillows. Really Comfy. Free weights would be good in the gym instead of the weight machine.

Having to travel from Perth to Adelaide each 2 - 3 weeks I feel like the hotel is a home away from home - it starts from the welcoming greeting and beautiful smile from Shikha upon arrival to a welcoming good morning from Claudia as I come downstairs in
the morning - I love it, thankyou

the Exectuive spa room was perfect, much larger than expected giving the 5 of us plenty of room to spread out, and Spa was decent sized too. view over Adelaide was an added touch. Staff were very friendly in person and on phone. We will be back for sure!

Shikha was very helpful at the desk. Need to look at the sink in the bathroom as water does not empty normally.

Michelle Dowling is very attention and guest focused. Maybe have some more ambient lighting and picture in the hallways.

Great location, we had windows looking out onto Hindley Street yet the noise did not bother us at all! Very Soundproof. Rooms were a high quality and spacious. The only downside was the tiny bathrooms but otherwise we are very happy and would definately
stay again.

Good Reception. Attention to detail needed with general restocking of the rooms. Cleaning of towels, face washers need to be inline with instructions on sticker. Bleach the shower and tv in bedroom!

The room was kept well stocked and clean. Small sharp fruit knife would be good in the kitchen. The desk staff were very helpful and cheerful. Thank you.

Excellent hotel. The apartment was the cleanest of any 5 star hotel I have stayed at Staff were courteous and helpful. Car park too small.

I stayed in one of your apartments on Thursday and Friday nights of last week. Long after we'd departed Adelaide my girlfriend realised that she may have left her make-up bag in the room. She rang Miller Apartments on the Sunday and she had indeed left
it behind but one of your staff members located it and agreed to send it out to us. We recieved it today and i'd just like to thankyou guys for packaging it up for her and safely mailing it out, we really do appreciate it, so thankyou very much. Next time
we're in Adelaide we'll definately be returning to Miller Apartments for our accomodation.

We're travelling all over Australia we'd had a big week> Michelle went out of her way to welcome us and helped us with everything so things were easy. She made our day. It's very rare to meet such a helpful professional freindly and kind Duty Manager.
It was lovely to walk into the apartmentwith jazz music going and lovely lighting. Good mini bar too and not too expensive

Very helpful staff. We booked 1x1 bedroom and 1x2 bedroom executive apartments. Great to have 12 noon checkout! Also our bedroom was quiet and dark in the morning which enabled a well needed sleep-in

We really enjoyed our stay at Miller Apartments Adelaide. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. We loved the location and there were some great restaurants nearby. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an apartment style room.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Only 1 complaint our room was rightbeside the security door of our floor and at times when it was being used a lot it was quite annoying. We thought the security door was a goo0d idea even if a little noisy for us.

Mathew provided a prompt change to a quieter and bigger room. The only thing letting the apartment down is the carpet. Carpets needs replacing.

The location of the apartments is great and staff are very friendly but the apartment (2 bed executive) we stayed in felt like a box with no view to the outside world . The corridor from the apartment was always smelling of food ..Sorry but i didnt enjoy the accomodation at all

I had business in Adelaide during the last week of 2010 and decided to bring my wife and children over to enjoy the New Year weekend. We stayed in a 2 bed executive apartment at Miller Apartments and could not have been happier it was a fabulous holiday for all of us. We were close to everything and could come back to well laid out and comfortable accommodation and a second television with the children was a god send.

All staff I encounterd were pleasant and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
A TV guide would have been very useful instead of having to scroll the TV Channels and from a personal perspective more documentaries. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A good functional kitchen area is essential when self catering. Very clean and welcoming. We would return if back this way.

Located near Rundle Mall and a short walk to the buses and Trams an ideal location for a city visitor. Surrounded by eateries and drinking sites good for an evening meal. Police station next door with a car park building gave some quietness and convenience. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Definately worth a 4 star rating in our book.

Miller Apartments were a great place to stay - i have been back several times! and will be back again shortly. The staff are friendly and helpfull and the location and rooms are great... I have also had family stay for a couple of weeks with children and they also loved it. Give a big thumbs up!!!!

I have never previously stayed in serviced apartments when travelling, business or leisure. I always thought I needed a 5 star hotel to be comfortable, now I am thinking about all the money I wasted. Thanks to my PA for the advice to stay at Miller Apartments. Great frendly staff even the manager helped with my bags! I also saw him helping some distressed guests with a hire car problem that had nothing to do with Millers. That is service, I will be back.

Today we win the cricket and keep the ashes and today I checked out of my apartment at Millers, the boys and I had a 3 bedder couldnt have had better. Lots of room, close to the ground and the staff were great. Doubt I will be back but if I am its back here for me keep a light on in the window.

Had to stay in the city for work xmas function and decided to make a weekend of it and booked Miller apartments.....Great Decision! Could not have been more relaxing booked an Executive Room and really enjoyed the sleep in after a rather large night out.

My husband and I stayed last night and had one of the best nights sleep away from home in a long time. We booked an executive apartment and got a free late checkout of 12 noon - which was greatly appreciated after our Melbourne Cup festivities

AWESOME LOCATION! These apartments were literally minutes from my work office and even better, close to some amazing wine bars. One thing i must mention though is they even have a pillow menu - how cool.

I booked this hotel without really knowing whereabouts in Adelaide it was located - perfect location, right on the city's doorstep! Staff were extremely welcoming and always helpful. Only drawback would be that the noise from the street was quite loud on the Saturday night (after grand final draw).

I didn't even know this place existed until a friend recommended it, but will certainly be spreading the word! A modern reception is all that's visible from the street but once you're inside the apartments are large and funky.

We loved the location and the service that the hotel offered. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great value for money. Located on a very busy street and could be noisy on the weekends. All in all a great hotel.

Chose 2 bedroom executive for 4 adults. Spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, roomy comfortable lounge, clean spacious kitchen area with all new kitchen equipment. Corner rooms so spacious verandah on 5th floor. Highly recommend. Located close to all transport and shopping, restaurants etc.

Apartment was new and clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Apartment was very central and within walking distance to most sights and restaurants. Brekky place was across the street and did a great brekky for a good price. Free newspaper every day and pay TV was good too. Would stay again for sure.

Great location so close to Mall, shops and attractions. Although this hotel is in the centre of city we found it to be very quiet. Very easy to relax in! Apartment had nice decoration and was very comfortable. Booking with [website] made checking in very easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. Very enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was a surprise, it was friendly and the décor excellent. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in for a long time!

For the money this hotel is a complete bargain. My father and I stayed in this hotel in June and we would definitely go back. It’s in down town Adelaide close to everything, and was well worth the money. I highly recommend it.
